We ship worldwide with DHL. All deliveries are carbon offset by 125% through our dedicated partner. Delivery times provided are guidelines only and may increase during busy periods.
UK - (1-2 working days) - FREE * (promotion ends 30th September 2022)
Europe - (2-4 working days) - £25
USA & Canada (4-7 working days) - £30
Rest of World - (4-7 working days) - £35
For UK orders, we ship directly from UK (all prices include VAT).
For EU orders we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so you will not be liable for any additional costs upon delivery.
For US orders below $800 there will be no duties and taxes to pay. For orders over $800 customers will be responsible for import duties and taxes upon delivery.
For international orders outside the EU and US, customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes upon delivery.
Our warehouse is closed at weekends and on UK Bank holidays.
We provide free returns for all orders via the enclosed prepaid DHL label.
Please use the enclosed pre-paid DHL shipping label to return your order (along with the printable customs commercial invoices that we provide upon return request)
You have 14 days in which to return your order. Returns requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. Please notify Customer Care prior to sending your return. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of your return being authorised.
Returns will only be accepted if the shoes have not been worn. They must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box with with all the original packaging included. We ask you to try the footwear on a covered/protected surface, as returns with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted.
Upon receipt and acceptance of the returned merchandise, we will process your refund within approximately 3-5 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Refunds are made to the original source of payment. Please note that original shipping costs and any duties and taxes paid will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, we can only do this upon receipt of the original item. Please contact Customer Care to notify us of the item you wish to exchange for and we will hold this for you for 3 days.
Unfortunately sale items are non-returnable.
